    First AZ jab back in May with no appointment, I was in/out in about 25min. It was quiet...just a few people coming in. I was thankful.

    12 weeks later, I rocked up for my second jab in August (with appointment) I waited over 3hrs to get through.

    Whilst I was a little annoyed at this, it got me thinking that others may not be able to hang around.

    If this facility is going to be part of the solution and getting our community vaccinated... processes and systems need a major overhaul.

    1. Triage people in the queue. Split up who is getting what jab.

    2. Order the queue by appointment times. A woman left after about 30min (and well after her appointment time) as she had children at home alone and couldn't wait any longer. A man ahead of the queue, had a later time than her.

    3. Too many staff inside, standing around seemingly doing not much at all. Once I was at the head of the queue, I was then managed by 5 separate people, before being led to a cubicle (10m away) to actually get my jab. Seems awfully inefficient.

    All staff were really nice and helpful, and this is not their fault, but still. It's a shame.

    very easy process for vaccination!! just make sure you get there at least an hour before your appointment. i ended up getting my jab ten minutes earlier! the nurses were super friendly throughout the process.
