  Ivanhoe Coles is wonderful. They sell everything you need to make a charcuterie board that’s fit for a first or second date with someone you’re sort of into, but aren’t prepared to spend big on Iberian Ham and actual Gouda just yet.
  
  There is plenty of checkouts open most times, and the attitude of the self checkout machines is pretty laid back, and it doesn’t get too flustered if you eat a few grapes when nobody is watching.

  There are two types of people in the world; those who place their used shopping trolley to the designated return space, and those who don't. Ultimately this is the mechanism that divides people into either Good or Evil. And it would appear that the shoppers of Ivanhoe are Good, as the car park is simply free of abandoned trolleys. Evil, apparently, shops at Northland. Five stars Ivanhoe Coles.

  First time I have been there. Confusing at first but got the hang of things. Coles held an item for me so i picked it up. Car park was Confusing and I went the wrong way as i could not see the arrows. So not a good experience but not Coles fault. Coles itself was good and staff were attentive and friendly. Very good overall.

  Absolutely shocking service, bought 800g of the marinara mix and found a small handfull of small separate mussel shell pieces and ask for a refund of some sort and got a perculiar response... "I thought you meant a whole mussel shell" with me clearly showing him that peices in my hand.
  
  I didn't want to create drama over mussel fragments but the response from the employees was very unpleasant and awkward confrontation
