We took our duvet to this dry cleaner to have in freshened up and cleaned and it was returned to us damaged.
The duvet was a year old and was in impeccable condition. When it was returned it had black marks all over it and a rip through it.
When we went in to complain and get our money back, the staff were extremely rude and the manager would not even apologise!!
NEVER AGAIN! I will be letting everyone know of my horrible experience here.
