  I have been to Zucci Ivanhoe multiple times now and as someone who has had their Mum cut their hair their whole life and moving to a new city, I was wary of trying new places to get my haircut. I have quite long hair and want to maintain my length, and the girls at Zucci Ivanhoe have been nothing but excellent. My hair is the healthiest and longest it’s been in years, and I always come out feeling happy with the service provided. It’s always such a relaxing experience and the hairstylist Siobhan, who’s cut my hair twice now is the sweetest with the most positive, bubbly and friendly attitude that makes you keep wanting to come back! She’s clearly excellent at what she does and is definitely an asset to their team. I’m always more than satisfied with this service and it’s definitely worth your money!

  I've been part of the Zucci family for approximately 16 years. In this time I left Zucci but then returned and now I won't go anywhere else. The service, the pampering and the atmosphere is fantastic. Love the product Aveda. Thank you guys especially Giulia for making my time there in the salon so amazing and for being such a friendly lot .

  Do not book online as they charge $50 and even when you give them two days notice 46.5 notice to be precise (you need to give 48hrs notice), they won’t refund your deposit! And if you need to re-book they charge another $50! So I was late by 1.5hrs with notification of my cancellation and my booking fee was not refundable.
  When trying to reason with staff they been extremely rude, I been told that they won’t be entertaining my discussion and hang up. Won’t b going there anymore!

  Amy has cut my hair a few times now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The cut wears and grows out so well every time. I've never been to a hairdresser so regularly because I love the peppermint tea, the essential oils, the massage and a hair cut that I trust. A little bit of special care and pampering so greatly needed in life. The service is outstanding.
